I have broken each of the tools by Programs, Browser Addons and website.

HTTP Watch - I have never personally used this adops tool. I just imagine it's another http request tool. I am happy with using Fidller and Charles. https://www.httpwatch.com/
Caniuse - Can I use is a great tool to QA those pesky creatives that have been build and not cross browser verified. For example css gradients are not supported in IE. - https://caniuse.com/
JSON - CSV - convertor - As the name mentions. Great tool for converting JSON files to CSV - http://www.convertcsv.com/json-to-csv.htm

Web Page test - Rich diagnostic information including resource loading waterfall charts, Page Speed optimization checks and suggestions for improvements. https://www.webpagetest.org/
Compare ad tags - This is an online alternative to WinMerge - https://text-compare.com/
Whois - Need to track down where the servers of a URL are located. This is your tool - http://whois.domaintools.com/
Google URL Builder -Be careful with this. Alot of blogs have built there own builder tools. I would not recommend using any other than Google itself. The reason for this, is Google decide to update there code base, they may not get the updated code. Here is the URL - https://ga-dev-tools.appspot.com/campaign-url-builder/
Browser stack - For those moments you need to quickly QA but can't rely on your team mates to get back to you. This tool allows you to test across multiple browsers. This comes at a cost, so if you can convince your employer to pay for it, then happy days. Alternatively, here are few other free versions. - https://www.browserstack.com/start
Browserling - https://www.browserling.com/
Browser shots - Tip: Don't forget to untick unwanted browsers, by default a lot of them are selected, and you will quickly utilise your free limi - http://browsershots.org/
Here is some helpful links you should be up to speed. Read, Read and read.
- HTML5 Creative Guidelines - Since flash ads were blocked by default by Chrome and Firefox. You will need to get up to speed with HTML5 Display ad guidelines.
